STAVRINIDES ENGINEERING & CONSULTING is a Building Services design office established in Paphos in May 2019 by Stephanos Stavrinides.

We provide engineering consultancy services across a range of sectors mainly focusing on Electrical, Mechanical and Energy Efficiency engineering, in compliance with local and European building regulations, BS7671 IET Electrical Wiring Regulations, CIBSE’s engineering guidelines and following industry's best practices.

With over 10 years of international experience in Building Services design and with support from carefully selected specialist professionals and like-minded consultants, we are confident to provide you with the most suitable engineering solutions that meet your project requirements and budget.

We specialize in electrical services design which includes LV power distribution, lighting, structured cabling, automation systems, security access control and fire alarm systems for residential and commercial projects.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Our Associate Mechanical Engineer is specialised in mechanical services design which includes, Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Fire fighting, Domestic water, Hot and Cold water, Sewage and Rain Water Drainage, Swimming pool and Vertical Trasportation.

SITE SUPERVISION & MANAGEMENT

We provide effective project management solutions to ensure that deliverables are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. We attend site meetings and provide close technical support to ensure that clients get the quality they expect.

We provide Building Energy Performance Certification (EPC) which is required by law for new Residential and Commercial buildings, based on EU Directive 2010/31/EU and Cyprus Energy Agency (CEA) regulations. In addition, we can perform energy audits and feasibility studies for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments.

STEPHANOS STAVRINIDES

MEng Electrical Engineer

MSc Building Services Engineering Management

Stephanos graduated in March 2011 from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece with an MEng Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and he holds a Master's Degree in Building Services Engineering Management from Brunel University, London (UK).

Stephanos has been involved in Office, Retail, Residential, Bank and Rail projects with exposure to a wide variety of electrical design and site supervision. He has more than 10 years of design experience in several countries including the UK, Dubai, Cyprus and Qatar. He is responsible for the design and management of electrical services across a range of sectors.

Stephanos is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and registered with the Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services of Cyprus (EMS) as a grade A engineer.
